it has reportedly been spotty throughout the state. this precincts has been very strong and steady throughout the day. >> the other governors races in the garden state with john corzine seeking reelection in a tight race against republican chris christie. a phone messages going out to voters, and a third-party candidate will influencehe way -- the race by taking votes away from the leading candidates. at the election in the twenty third congressional district also have national implications. we will be watching this close race. the republican candidate put a twist in race after dropping out and supporting the democrat.

we will be monitoring local and national elections all my long tonight. to check results throughout the evening, go to wjla.com. house republicans have produced preliminary paperwork on the health care bill that is different. the republican draft as 230 pages compared to the 1900 page bill the democrats. the republican version does not require people to buy insurance and does not prohibit insurance companies from denying coverage because of pre-existing medical conditions. it will also allow health insurance to be sold across state lines. it is just a draft they say, still making changes. for the latest on the swine flu pandemic, the white house is dispelling rumors that guantanamo bay detainees are receiving h1n1 vaccinations. robert gibbs says that no vaccines are at the naval base and not on the way. critics objected to reports

in the senate environment and public works committee took up the global warming debate, but there were some empty seats in the committee room. the republicans on the committee boycotted today's's meeting. they wanted information from the epa and the cbo. republicans are trying to stall the legislation. what about the warming around here? >> is going to go the other way. a nice day to day and a 60's. as skies cleared, frost is going to be pretty widespread in the morning. it is early november, not unusual for this time of year. let's check out some numbers and where the frost advisories' are. this is how widespread they are. parts of new jersey and pennsylvania will have a freeze warning. frost advisory's are in effect.

temperatures, the colors on the map indicating how far west ago, you get into cooler numbers. there is actually another cold front forming out there. we will keep an eye on it and kee-- it will be a combination f clearing skies and a diminishing winds. it sets the stage for the frost in the morning. lots of sunshine tomorrow. the cold front will come through with a few sprinkles possible early in the morning. it will become breezy late thursday and friday. up and down the east coast, looked terrific. sunshine, some fair weather clouds. the next front is on the move. there'll be some showers, but it will not be long lasting or heavy. just some light rain moving through. it will be a bit chilly.
